Posture Training Programs
6 week sessions - $55.
Programs are designed to learn yoga postures, proper alignment, breathing techniques, as well as the benefits, preparation and contraindications for each posture. All teachers are certified and dedicated to the safety and well being of the students. Workshop size is limited. Please call to register.
Any classes missed may be made up in another section.
- Level One - Introduction to Yoga
The student learns the basic postures at a slow pace, gains flexibility, and begins to build core strength. This program is for the student brand new to a yoga practice, or one who wishes to fine tune their practice. This program gears the student toward a gentle class or a beginner/intermediate class.

- Level Two - Intermediate - Principles of Alignment

This is geared for the intermediate level student to learn deeper postures and breath techniques, develops balance, strength, and variations on the basic postures with longer holds. This program gears the student toward a beginner/intermediate class or an intermediate class.

- Level Three - Advanced - Principles of Alignment

This is for the experienced student to learn full flow of more advanced postures building endurance within a vigorous practice which becomes a cardio workout. This program gears the student toward an intermediate class or a power class.
