Yoga Back Bends Workshop
-
Practicing back bend postures promote a strong, flexible, and supple body. The muscles of the back, legs and shoulders are especially strengthened. Back bends are excellent openers for the front hips, groins, upper back, and chest. Lung capacity is greatly increased, providing enhanced breathing and more oxygen for the blood. They also engender enthusiasm, courage, openheartedness and the release of happiness and joy!
